CPR/BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC or TNS 2+ years of ER experience required, 4+ years preferred New graduates not accepted Epic EMR experience required and must be reflected in employment history Must pass EKG test with a score of 80% or higher prior to consideration Additional Information Provide emergency department nursing care across a variety of acute presentations Must pass an on-site EKG test on Day 1 of orientation to continue the assignment; a study guide will be provided in advance Orientation includes Epic test-out and floor orientation totaling 20 hours, with 10 hours non-billable Two current supervisor/manager/charge references from the last year required; at least one travel reference preferred Local candidates accepted at the same rate Returning permanent or per diem staff must be away for 12 months before being eligible as a traveler RTO limited based on contract length: up to 3 days for 8-week contracts, up to 7 days for 13-week contracts Facility conducts a brief interview, typically 10-15 minutes
