- Must hold current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
- Participation in on-call rotation with existing staff
- On-call schedule typically includes 7 days within an 8-week period
- On-call days consist of: 2 weekend days (Saturday & Sunday), 1 Friday, and 4 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- Regular workdays are Monday through Friday, but specific workdays may change weekly due to scheduling and call rotation
