Night Shift, 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Minimum 2 years of ER experience
ACLS, BLS, PALS required; NIHSS listed Charting: Epic required Trauma
Level I trauma experience required Patient Ratio: Must be able to manage at least 1:5 Weekend Requirement: As needed, likely every other weekend Floating: Required as needed Time Off: Maximum 7 days of RTO Call: Not required Key Requirements First-time travelers are not accepted. Previous charge nurse experience preferred. Must be comfortable caring for adult and pediatric patients across all age groups.
Experience with emergency procedures, triage, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and critical patient care. Must be available to work required holidays; typically 2 of 3 major holiday periods. Clinical screening and manager interview required.
Facility is tobacco-free and fragrance-free. May be required to care for COVID-19 patients.
