- Work Setting Experience Required: Acute Care, Urgent Care, Trauma Level 3, and Teaching Work Setting Experience Preferred: Urgent Care, Trauma Level 1, Trauma Level 2, and Children's Hospital General Skills Experience Required: Vital signs, 12 lead EKG, AED/Defibrillator, Splinting, Wound Care, Crutch Training. Patient Care Tech—a minimum of 1 year of ED experience.

- Associate's or Vocational degree one to two years post-secondary education in a health related field preferred
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Allina Health required within 30 Days and
- Licensed Emergency Medical Tech - EMT - MN Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board required if working in MN
