Phaxis is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Rocky Mount, NC, where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Location - Rocky Mount, NCPosition - NP walk in (GI available as well)Schedule - Days, M-Th 8a
5p and Fri 8a
12p- Full-time 40 hours/week Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuriesPerform physical exams, assessments, and basic proceduresOrder and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testsPrescribe medications and develop treatment plansEducate patients on follow-up care and preventionQualificationsLicensed NC NP or PA in good standingPrior Urgent Care or Walk
