7 Days On / 7 Days Off – On-Call Overnights & Weekends Hours: 40 Hours Guaranteed Employment Type: Travel Assignment Position Overview Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Hospice travel assignment in Lynchburg, VA . This position offers a 7-on/7-off schedule with 40 guaranteed hours per week and a $1,700 weekly blended rate . The LPN will provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care while supporting patients and their families during end-of-life care.

This role includes overnight and weekend on-call responsibilities , making it a great fit for an experienced Hospice LPN who is comfortable working independently and responding to patient needs in the home setting. Assignment Details $1,700 per week blended rate 40 hours guaranteed 7 days on / 7 days off Overnight on-call coverage Weekend on-call coverage Hospice setting Provide hands-on patient care in the home Assist with symptom management and comfort-focused care Communicate changes in patient condition with the RN and interdisciplinary hospice team Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families Complete required hospice documentation accurately and timely Requirements Active and valid Virginia LPN license Current BLS certification Previous Hospice or Home Health experience preferred Comfortable providing end-of-life and comfort-focused care Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in patients’ homes Comfortable with overnight and weekend on-call responsibilities Compassionate and professional approach to patients and families Why Travel with Ardor Health Solutions?
