Pride Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Home Health Team. Location: Sierra Vista, AZ 85635Coverage: Cochise CountyPay: $50–$55/hr on W-2ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM40 hours/weekProductivity: 26On call/weekend rotationMileage reimbursed between patient visitsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide hospice case management and skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Assess patient needs, manage symptoms, administer medications, and provide wound care.

Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team. Educate patients and families and maintain timely clinical documentation.
