• $54*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Duties:Assess patient needs and provide appropriate clinical care and interventions.Coordinate patient care and communicate with the healthcare team.Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.
