Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the assigned North Carolina service area. Schedule & Work Details• Coverage Areas: Robeson, Hoke, and Cumberland Counties•

Full-time•

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 hours
• On-Call Requirement: Yes
• Weekend Requirement: Yes
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes
• Pay Rate: $52.00 - $54.00 per hourKey Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing services and comprehensive patient assessments in the home while developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and assessments while maintaining timely and compliant records. Required Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based setting.
• Availability to participate in required on-call and weekend coverage.

• Previous home health nursing experience.
• Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Experience managing a home health patient caseload.
