Details Home Health setting covering Dayton-area locations including Springfield, Medway, and New Carlisle Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Full-time, 13-week assignment HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred but not required Requirements Active OH or compact RN license required prior to start, pending licenses not accepted Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required BLS certification required Experience with care coordination, admission criteria, and medication administration Case management and utilization review skills preferred Additional Information Responsibilities include patient care coordination, admissions, and medication administration in a home health setting First-time travelers are not being considered for this position
