Job Details:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Location: Monroe, LA Coverage Area: 50 mile radius Contract Length: 8+ Weeks (Possibility to Extend) Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,467/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend)* Plus Mileage reimbursement Mileage Reimbursement Rate: $0.51/ mile *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education . Duties: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting, performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient progress in accordance with physician orders.
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication administration, infection prevention, medical equipment uses, and self-care techniques to improve health outcomes and promote independence. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, communicate changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary healthcare team, and ensure compliance with agency policies, Medicare guidelines, and professional nursing standards.
License(s): Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice Certification(s): Current CPR Certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire Years of
1+ years of Home Health experience and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a plus
