Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the assigned Indiana service area. Schedule & Work Details• Coverage Areas: New Albany, IN •
40 hrs/week•
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- On-Call Requirement: 1-2 days per week
- Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes
- Pay Rate: $52.00 - $54.00 per hourKey Responsibilities
- Perform wound assessments, wound care treatments, and ongoing monitoring of wound healing progress.
- Manage urinary catheter care, maintenance, troubleshooting, and patient/caregiver education.
- Collect laboratory specimens and monitor diagnostic results as appropriate.
- Provide disease process education to patients and caregivers to support self-management and improved health outcomes.
- Deliver medication education, reconciliation, and ongoing medication management.
- Perform PICC line care, maintenance, monitoring, and patient/caregiver education.
- Supervise and conduct required visits for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Home Health Aides.Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based setting.
