✓Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision or assistance
✓In order to effectively provide home care, they must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines
✓At least two specific interview dates/times of availability for interview must be added to trio/ profile - profiles will not be presented without this information
✓Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle
✓Traveler perm address must be included in profile
✓Any/All RTO must be included in profile
✓All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission
✓Cover page (if available/not required)

Community Health. Days: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8 hrs) On call

Required to work every third weekend and 1-2 holidays/Holiday coverage required as needed. CLIENT PREFERS 45 MIN OR LESS COMMUTE FROM TOR OFFICE (165 Tor Ct, Pittsfield, MA 01201) One year acute nursing care [required], hospital based preferred. Experience in home health [Required] Certified Home Health Required Including Proficiency with OASIS [Required] Infusion Therapy Certification [Preferred] Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing.

Knowledge of and ability to apply community health principles and practice. Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision or assistance. Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.

History of flexibility in assuming varied assignments. BSN [highly preferred] Current Driver License (and insurance) [Required] In order to effectively provide home care, they must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines. At least two specific interview dates/times of availability for interview must be added to trio/ profile - profiles will not be presented without this information. "Anytime" will not be accepted Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.

This is a firm requirement. Traveler perm address must be included in profile Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.
