Requirements At least 2 years of home health experience Prior travel experience required Active Wisconsin or compact RN license AHA BLS and valid driver’s license OASIS experience required; OASIS certification is a plus Epic experience preferred Patient care and travel Caseload: Approximately 20–25 patients Visits: Average of 4.5 per day; fewer may be scheduled on days with more travel Driving: Approximately 25–60 miles per day, depending on territory, census, and staffing
