Position - YORK - TRAVEL: RN NURSING SUPERVISOR - NIGHTS (1042619) MINIMUM EDUCATION Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required * Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Masters in Health Care Business Administration considered. * Current personnel without a BSN are required to enroll in an academic program promptly in order to complete degree requirements within 3 years. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE One to two years management/leadership experience required Three to five years progressive management/leadership experience preferred Previous experience as a Charge Nurse, Coordinator, Supervisor, or Director preferred Related work experience is required to effectively provide organizational leadership, coordinate resources, and make complex decisions.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Current licensure in the state of Maine as a Registered Nurse or Compact licensure. Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing. Specialty certification preferred (i.e.
RN-BC)
