ICU - Intensive Care Unit (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit. This position involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients requiring advanced therapeutic interventions and close monitoring. Key Responsibilities Manage care for patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring ventilation and intricate medication management.

Titrate pressors and administer IV medications per established protocols. Provide care for patients with diagnoses such as hypertension urgency, sepsis, or cerebrovascular accidents (CVA). Utilize critical care skills to monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Support COVID-positive patients in accordance with health guidelines and protocols. Manage potential surgical and cardiac ICU patients when necessary due to bed availability.

Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting. Valid ACLS and BLS certifications. NIHSS certification is required.

Ability to work a night shift schedule. Strict 75-mile radius restriction must be adhered to. Additional Information This position offers guaranteed 48 hours per week in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
