3 shifts per week Shift Duration: 12 Hour Nights Hours: 36 hours per week Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday EMR: Cerner Scrub Color: Navy Blue Job Requirements 2+ years of current ICU and MST experience required Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission BLS certification required ACLS certification required NIH certification required Ability to work in a float pool environment and adapt to varying unit needs Flexibility to work scheduled shifts without block scheduling or special accommodations Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ICU and intermediate care settings Float to assigned units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly in Cerner Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective patient care Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate care appropriately Support continuity of care during night shifts, weekends, and holiday rotations If you are an experienced ICU Registered Nurse looking for New Jersey nursing jobs with strong clinical variety, apply now and join this healthcare team in Pennington, NJ.
