Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week Length: 13 weeks
FL License 2 years of Trauma ICU experience BLS ACLS NIHSS Required Drips & Medications: Cardizem, Heparin, Lasix, Amiodarone, Cardene, Cleviprex, Levophed, Insulin, Dopamine, and Nitro Prior travel experience preferred Other Details: Ratios 2:1 EMR: Epic Radius Rule 50 miles.
