✓Patient Ratios:1:2 CN free of patients
✓Equipment: IABP (occasionally)
✓EHR: Paragon
✓Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Medical ICU with minimal cardiac
Type of Patients on Unit: Sepsis, Respiratory, some Cardiac & Trauma preferred
Personality Fit: Loves to work as a team and hold each other accountable to best practices preferred
