Details 16-bed Intensive Care Unit with mix of ICU, Stepdown, and MS overflow patients Patient ratios of 1:2 for ICU and 1:3-4 for Stepdown patients Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, every other weekend Floating to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical units required On-call required, though rarely needed Uses Cerner EMR Requirements Active RN license (NM or Compact) required Current
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Valid driver's license and US Social Security Number required for consideration Additional Information Scrub color required: Royal Blue At least one Winter holiday coverage required Maximum RTO request of less than 1 week Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local travelers not accepted Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
