✓O National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS must be completed within 6 months of hire
Education
✓Associate Degree in Nursing
Qualifications
✓Must have at least 3 years of prior ICU experience
✓O Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) must be completed within 6 months of hire

Associate Degree in Nursing

Must have and maintain a current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States Must maintain current valid certification of the following throughout employment: o Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association o Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association o Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association must be completed within six (6) months of hire. o Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) must be completed within 6 months of hire o National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS must be completed within 6 months of hire
