Licensure
✓Active North Carolina Medical License – REQUIRED
✓Must have NC License and DEA

Certifications
✓Board Certified in Infectious Disease – REQUIRED
Qualifications
✓Infectious Disease patient management
✓Days Per Month: Monday – Thursday
✓On-Call/Weekends: No call, no weekends
✓DEA – REQUIRED
