Develop, coordinate, and deliver evidence-based educational programs for oncology nursing staff. Conduct competency validation for oncology nurses. Collaborate with nursing leadership, clinical specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support orientation, professional development, and continuing education.
Monitor compliance with oncology-specific regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. Ensure compliance with ONS guidelines, chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification, and competency requirements. Required Certifications & Licenses: Active New York State RN License AHA BLS Current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certification Current Oncology Nurse Certification
