Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling

ACLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : Advanced skills needed: ACLS, familiar with cardiac drip and insulin drips Procedures performed on unit: N/A Certifications Required: ACLS Dress Code : (Required uniform) Royal Blue Scrubs, no artificial/gel nails Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. VS every 4 hours (may be more frequent based on patient condition) Blood glucose checks as ordered Required documentation/assessment every shift
