Evenings, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday; 40 hours per week. Assignment Dates: 11/23/2026 through 02/22/2027.
Hospital pharmacy experience; familiarity with inpatient clinical monitoring systems, renal dosing practices, and therapeutic interchange procedures.
