Inpatient Pharmacist

2 years inpatient - Must have'

Inpatient staffing experience, Vancomycin AUC dosing, Aminoglycosides dosing, Heparin dosing/monitoring, TPN management/monitoring. IV Room experience not required but must understand USP 797 and be able to tabletop meds or make sure techs are making IV's correctly.
