BLS Education Modules: Mandatory onboarding education required Unit Information Number of Beds: 12 beds on the IMC side, total 36 beds Patient Ratios: 1:3 for IMC patients; 1:4-5 on the med-surg side during the day and 1:5-6 at night Equipment: Telemetry, BIPAP, Hi-Flow O2, Insulin drips for DKA protocol EMR: Epic Hiring Profile Must Have Skills/Experience: IMC experience and at least one prior travel assignment at med-surg level or higher Preferred Skillset/Experience: IMC travel experience preferred Type of Patients on Unit: Respiratory, Medical Telemetry, some surgical cases, sepsis, DKA, Altered Mental Status, Failure to Thrive, Respiratory Failure, and various acute on chronic medical conditions Personality Fit: Team-oriented, flexible, accountable, strong communication skills, patient-centered approach, and a proactive attitude Dress Code Scrub Color: Any Unacceptable Attire: Unprofessional clothing or shirts with logos other than hospital-related
