- Orientation: 1 week
- Scrubs: Provided by facility — maroon
- Cases: All cases completed in the lab
- On-Call
Rotate with core staff; 1-hour response time
- Call Frequency: 1 weekend per month and 1–2 shifts per week
- Weekend Coverage: 1 call weekend per month
- Holiday
1 major and 1 minor holiday - Cancellation Policy: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during a 13-week contract without penalty.
