Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Join a leading healthcare provider in New Orleans, LA as an Interventional Radiology RN. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on patient care in the radiology and cardiology specialties. Please ensure that you are aware of the following: Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role, your unit manager may assign you to an "Emergency Team" where there will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after the event passes or be part of the relief team.
Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed on each emergency event, as impacts vary. By signing your travel contract to take a position, you accept the above and will report as assigned by your immediate unit manager if an emergency event were to occur. You should not apply for a role if you are not comfortable with the above.
Holiday Availability: Candidates must be willing to work 2 of 4 designated holiday periods annually: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Although Halloween is not a paid holiday, some units may require traveler coverage. Holiday assignments are based on departmental needs and fair staff rotation.
CANDIDATE MUST APPLY FOR ALLIED HEALTH LICENSURE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF SIGNING! On-call required with a 30-minute response time. 4x10's plus call required. Scrub experience required.
Travel experience required. Neuro IR experience is a plus but not required. Accepting 1 year of experience BUT candidates must have neuro and scrub experience.
