Quick Look ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery (Night Shift) in Hackensack, New Jersey. Location Hackensack, NJ Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule/Shift This position requires a Night Shift schedule, with 36 hours per week and weekend requirements every other weekend.
The Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery at Hackensack University Medical Center is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. The RN will plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs, ensuring high standards of care are met. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for assigned patients through ongoing assessments.
Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs and physician diagnoses. Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage the care of patients. Document care according to standards of care and practice.
Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards in the unit. Provide patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing practices. Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery. Certifications/Licensure Required: BLS - ACLS - NRP - EFM Must have a NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
