Location: HCA HealthONE Aurora Floor: 2nd Floor Women’s Building: Main Building General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 13 Number of Staff – 40 Type of staff: Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Minimum staffing is 1 Charge/ 2 RNs/ 1 CST Night Shift – Minimum Staffing is 1 Charge/ 2 RNs/ 1 CST Patient Ratios – mostly 1:1 – AWHONN Guidelines adhered to Type of equipment – GE EFM EMR – CPN and Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
