Licensure
✓Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
Certifications
✓American Heart Association BLS
✓Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider required (NRP recertification required every 2 years)
✓American Heart Association ACLS (Not required if a Lactation RN)
✓Electronic Fetal Monitoring Series Certificate of Completion (or equivalent AWHONN approved course) (Not required if a Lactation RN) (FHM recertification required every 2 years)
✓If Lactation RN: Certification in lactation consulting/counseling (CLC, IBCLC)
Qualifications
✓Competence in and a willingness and ability to practice modified primary nursing
✓Two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education
