3 years required; first-time travelers not accepted. Ratios: 1:1 days and nights. Facility: 28 rooms, 33 beds; average daily census 7–10.
BLS, FHM, NRP. Weekend Requirement: 4–5 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule, plus a minimum of 2 Sunday night shifts or 2 Friday day shifts per 6-week period, as applicable. On-Call: 2 shifts per 6-week schedule.
Floating: Required to postpartum for couplet care or postpartum-mother-only care. Key
Antepartum, labor management, OB triage, fetal monitoring (EFM/internal monitoring/IUPC), high-risk pregnancies, preeclampsia/eclampsia, HELLP, preterm labor, VBAC, vaginal and C-section deliveries, C-section recovery, hemorrhage management, neonatal resuscitation, postpartum care, IV therapy, and medication administration. Important: Candidate must meet the experience and certification requirements and be comfortable with the weekend, on-call, and floating expectations.
