Labor and Delivery Department Registered Nurse in Marinette, Wisconsin. This role provides care for labor and delivery patients, antepartum and postpartum patients, newborns, and patients undergoing gynecological surgery. The position requires experience with triage, nonstress tests, postpartum and newborn assessments, and nursery care.
Job Details
Day shifts; 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week. Weekend rotation is every other weekend. On-call scheduling varies based on the assignment.
Assignment Dates: 11/30/2026 through 02/27/2027. Required
At least 2 years of experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) experience or certification. Experience caring for labor and delivery patients over 35 weeks, gynecological surgery patients, antepartum patients, postpartum patients, and newborns. Competency in nonstress testing, patient triage, postpartum and newborn assessments and care, and nursery care.
Additional Information: Laboring patient ratios may be 1:1, while couplet, antepartum, and surgical patient ratios may be 1:3. Responsibilities include blood draws, fetal monitoring, and participation in department-based patient care support.
