Travel Nurse Job Details Setting: Labor & Delivery / Postpartum Unit Location: Salem, MA 01970 Type: Travel RN Contract Length: 13 weeks Weekly Estimated

$2,130 - $2,250 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts Shift

Rotating days, evenings, and nights; primarily day rotation with rotation to other shifts as needed Call / Weekend

1 night of call and every other weekend Charting System: EPIC Registered Nurse Job Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience Experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulation, and Newborn Care Current BLS certification Current NRP certification Current EFM certification, renewed every 2 years for Labor & Delivery AHA ACLS preferred Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and nights as needed Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach to maternity care Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery Support active labor patients, including those requiring magnesium therapy or epidural monitoring Circulate for deliveries and assist with unit procedures as needed Deliver newborn care and support early stabilization and transition after birth Work collaboratively with physicians, anesthesia, and the broader maternity team Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC Adapt to a fast-paced unit with varying patient acuity and census levels Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent maternal-newborn outcomes If you are seeking Massachusetts nursing jobs in maternal health and want to grow your career in a supportive hospital environment, apply now and join this Salem travel nursing opportunity.
