Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery / Postpartum (L&D RN) – Night Shift
Night Shift | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:00 | 48 Hours per Week Schedule Structure: 12-hour night shifts (4x12 schedule approved upon request). Block scheduling is not offered. Weekend Coverage: Rotational coverage per unit operational needs.
On-Call / Standby: On-Call required ($15.00/hr standby rate; 1.3x callback rate). Floating Protocol & Unit Details: LDRP / Labor & Delivery Unit. Patient Ratio: 1:3.
Floating to Postpartum is required. EMR: Epic. Hospital-provided scrubs for L&D.
Facility call-off allowance: Maximum 1 shift called off per 2-week pay period. Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) strictly required [HARDSTOP]. Active NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Active AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification strictly required (AWHONN Advanced preferred) [HARDSTOP].
