Variable, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Nov 2, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN with 2+ years of L&D experience and an active Minnesota RN license for an evening/night shift assignment. Details Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting Evening shift (1500-2330) and night shift (2300-0730) on a 4x8-hour or 8x12-hour schedule Weekend rotation required every third weekend Epic charting system experience preferred Triage and circulating duties included Requirements Active Minnesota RN license in hand or proof of Minnesota license application required at time of consideration BLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), and NRP certifications required AWHONN Advanced and AWHONN Intermediate certifications preferred Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required 3 years of High Risk OB experience preferred for charge role consideration OR, Antepartum, and Triage experience preferred Previous travel nursing experience required Active Minnesota CNA license required in hand at time of consideration, if applicable Livescan fingerprinting must be completed in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date Additional Information Provide comprehensive nursing care for laboring, antepartum, and triage patients Holiday coverage required as needed by the facility Required lab work must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing Fingerprinting and lab requirements are strict Minnesota state mandates with no exceptions Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted, with no RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment Candidates must reside more than 25 miles from the facility to be considered Former permanent staff must be separated from the facility for at least 9 months before returning as a traveler Medical or religious vaccine exemption requests must include appropriate documentation
