Every other weekend required - Call Requirement: One 12-hour call shift per schedule - Floating: May float within facility and within scope of practice as needed -

- Clinical Screening: Clinical fit reviewed by clinical team; final decision by manager; case-by-case screening
- Requested Time Off (RTO): Maximum of 7 days allowed
- Holiday Work Requirement:
- If one major holiday falls in assignment, must work it
- If two, must work both
- If three, must work two out of three
- Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
- Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; non-compliance results in a 2-week start delay
- Locals: Accepted at the same rate
- Orientation: Number of non-billable orientation hours based on contract length (e.g., 8 hours for 8-week assignment; 10 hours for 10-week assignment)
