LDRP RN –

12-hour shifts, Days + Call Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
Minimum 2 years
BLS required; ACLS, NRP, and STABLE preferred
Fetal monitoring, strip interpretation, critical thinking, and drip titration Patient Ratios: 1:1 for Pitocin, magnesium, or insulin drips; 1:3 for couplet care Patient Population: Obstetric and postpartum patients, including hypertension and gestational diabetes EMR: MEDITECH Orientation: 3 department-specific shifts Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday Call/Standby: As needed based on staffing Floating: Med-Surg, ER, and other units as needed Scheduling: Block scheduling available; no self-scheduling Scrubs: Maroon scrubs provided Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Radius Rule: 50 miles RTO: Must be submitted upfront; additional RTO will not be approved Facility Restriction: Candidates must not have worked full-time, part-time, or PRN at any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI or Dignity, within the past 12 months.
