✓Minimum 2 years of OB nursing experience required
✓Must have worked in OB within the past 12 consecutive months
✓Ability to work across all OB areas: Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother/Baby
✓Willing to float to MedSurg, ER, and ICU as needed (support role during low census)

- Required to work every third weekend (Friday–Sunday)
- Guaranteed pay even if shifts are canceled due to low census (details available from recruiter)
- Premium overtime at 2× hourly rate for eligible assignments
