Rotate between 7:00am to 7:30pm, 11:00am to 11:30pm, and 7:00pm to 7:30am with EOW. Unit Name: Labor & Delivery/Post Partum Unit. Brief Unit Description: 25-Bed Labor & Delivery Unit which encompasses: L&D, PP, NBN, 2 OR’s, 2 RR’s and 2 ANU rooms.
Years of Experience Required: 3 years minimum. Skill Sets Required: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care. Clinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 Active Labor, Magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL.
PP 1:3-4. Census: Average daily census 15-25 mothers, babies and labors. EMR (Charting System): EPIC.
Floating Required: No. Rotating Shifts Required: Day Rotate position is primarily a Day position with rotation to Eves and Nights as needed. We cannot offer straight Days.
Current Massachusetts RN License. AHA BLS, NRP & EFM (required), ACLS (preferred).
