Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Mary Rutan Health | Bellefontaine, OH | 8 Weeks | 36 Hours/Week | Night Shift Seeking an experienced L&D RN to provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care in a hospital setting. Position Highlights: -
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- Possible weekend coverage.
- No on-call requirements.
- EMR: Meditech.
Key Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and reassessments, including pain management.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses.
- Provide patient and family education on treatment and care needs.
- Support postpartum and nursery care.
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and a safe patient environment.
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience required.
