Facility: Johns Hopkins Hospital Units: Surgical Pathology (4803317420)-Jhworks Johns Hopkins Surgical Pathology Gross Room Tech M-F 1p-9:30p Performs gross examination of complex surgical specimens, including dissection, description, and tissue sectioning of historical preparation. Performs specimen photography and radiography as needed License/certification Must be certified PA (ASCP or department of an approved certifying agency) Prior experience in a hospital setting is required.

Education Graduation from NAACLS-accredited Baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate Pathologist Assistant Training and ASCP BOR certified, or completion of a Bachelor's degree with a major/minor or equivalent in any of the biological or allied health sciences.
