- – LCSW / LICSW Inpatient Therapist POSITION DUTIES – Provides individual, group, and family therapy in an inpatient behavioral health setting, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and process groups to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, promote emotional regulation and coping skills, facilitate recovery, and coordinate interdisciplinary discharge planning. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –
- MA LCSW / LICSW / LMHC
- Master's degree in applicable field
- BLS
- HWC
- 1+ year acute hospital experience in specialty
- Skilled experience with the following: Psychotherapy, Psychosocial assessments, Treatment Planning, Discharge Planning, Group therapy, individual sessions
– Group therapy experience LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri SYSTEMS – Cerner START DATE – 9/15/2026
