– LCSW Social Worker - 12 hour Day shift POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization. Behavioral Health Therapist MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – UT LCSW; AHA BLS; 2 years recent LCSW experience in an acute hospital setting LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 6a-6p Monday, Thursday and Friday, will support both our inpatient BHU with a case load and also supporting the hospitals for level of care assessments SYSTEMS – Epic START DATE – 11/16/2026
