$2,923/week gross Taxable Hourly Rate: $46/hr Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,267 🕐 Shift Details Night
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 36 hours per week Every third weekend required Holidays as needed Rotating day/night schedule; schedule prepared 6 weeks in advance Floating required to Peds MS, NICU (feeder-growers), Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, and Psych as a 1:1 sitter or helping hands Patient ratios: L&D 1:1–2; postpartum 1:2–3 couplets; surgical/medical 1:3–4 EPIC charting 📋 Requirements Minimum 3 years of LDRP/L&D experience Active RN license required at submission BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE certifications AWHONN Advanced preferred Must be comfortable titrating Pitocin, magnesium, and occasional insulin drips C-section experience; ability to scrub preferred.
Unit Details 7 L&D beds, 12 postpartum beds, and 8 surgical beds 1 dedicated C-section OR and 2 GYN surgical ORs 3-bay triage Approximately 643 births annually Trauma Level II
