Licensure

Certifications

Specialty certification in obstetric nursing, maternal-newborn nursing, or nursing leadership preferred
Education
✓BSN required
MSN or related master's degree preferred
Qualifications
✓Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing experience
✓Significant Labor & Delivery, Postpartum/Mother-Baby, Women's Services, or Maternal-Child Health experience
✓Previous nursing management or leadership experience is mandatory
✓Labor & Delivery, triage, and maternal care
✓Vaginal deliveries and C-sections
✓Fetal monitoring and Fetalink documentation
✓Cerner charting
Experience managing staffing, quality outcomes, employee performance, and departmental operations preferred
