Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (flexible: 8 AM–4 PM or 8:30 AM–4:30 PM); one Saturday shift per month. 35 hours/week. Schedule Notes: -Minimum 1 year of LMSW experience and 6 months–1 year of nursing home experience as a social worker - Must-Have: Nursing home experience as a social worker. Valid NYSED LMSW license with Primary Source Verification (PSV).
