Day shift Days: Monday–Friday Timing: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed Required Experience Acute care experience — Required Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) — Required State licensure as a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW) — Required Required Certifications BLS — Preferred (AHA, American Red Cross, or accepted equivalent)

Assess patients' psychosocial, financial, placement, and community service needs. Identify barriers to discharge and develop appropriate discharge plans. Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, RN Care Managers, and other healthcare professionals.
