Required License, National Certification, Certs: o LPC, GA state license OR o LCSW, GA state license o BLS required, but can get certified on-site during orientation if candidate does not have it o CPI, but will go through the class on site for full CPI class Skills required: o Assessment experience, signing 1013s (involuntary holds), comfortable making decisions independently, comfortable having hard discussions with patients and families, being calm, comfortable with de escalation, proficient with providing community resources (will be given resources once here), clinical documentation, making quick decisions, o Will pair all inpatients with a psychiatrist to receive diagnoses o Need to be comfortable being solo assessor as will be only one on shift
